Defining best practice
Benchmarking quality of service to improve the customer experience. Poor Quality of Experience can damage customer loyalty and has a financial impact on the growth and continued usage of mobile multimedia services. This initiative, led by Zandan and supported by LCC, Freever, mBlox, Motricity, Musiwave and Vodafone, seeks to define best practices and benchmark Quality of Experience with the ultimate goal of improving the customer experience.
Read the Member's only results of the consumer survey made released at MEM in June 07. The results only cover the USA and the UK. More consumer survey results will be made available over the coming months.
