Business Confidence Index
The MEF Business Confidence Index (BCI), compiled quarterly in conjunction with KPMG, is the first ever survey to gauge the confidence of the mobile media industry. Metrics around revenue, marketing spend, and staffing levels are asked alongside confidence in content categories including applications and market potential. The BCI report, with analysis of the responses to each question, is published quarterly and available to MEF members only. The reports for the last 12 months and press announcements for each are available below.

As we move forward, the BCI survey will be conducted bi-annually. The BCI will continue to maintain a global perspective, assessing industry sentiment and delivering key insights. We will also explore opportunities to provide greater regional focus within the BCI reports to ensure that we continue to deliver findings which are both of relevance and value to our members.
